Weekly group classes are enjoyed by adult beginners, experienced beginners and intermediate level students

inspiring + creative candlelit flows, creative core, sacred strength, flexibility, radiantly soulful + playfully blissful...while balancing a comfortable challenge from solar to lunar creating the perfect remedy for a full spectrum evening class that also meanders + weaves, mantra/chanting, sacred sound, mudra mediation + inspiring sutras and poetry to purify your body/mind temple

POLICY FOR PRE-PAID WEEKLY CLASSES...

pre-paid series classes will be completed within your dated 5 or 10 consecutive week series... join us on Tuesday or Thursday evenings depending on your life rhythm... doubling up nights to make up if necessary or send a friend in your place...no roll overs, extensions or refunds of payment once your registration is received so choose your payment option wisely.
